Urban Supply

The Urban Supply Development is a 3.1-acre mixed-use revitalization and adaptive reuse project in Birmingham’s Parkside District and historic West Warehouse Loop, transforming historic warehouses and abandoned alleyways into a walkable, ADA-compliant commercial destination featuring restored buildings, modern tenant spaces, and vibrant public gathering areas. What was once the NorthStar Building now houses Fairway Social, a lively, tech-enabled entertainment venue. Across the street, the Duffy Weir Buildings are now home to Thrive Coworking, offering vibrant, flexible workspace for Birmingham’s entrepreneurs and small business community. The 113 Building, now structurally restored, is a bustling restaurant and entertainment venue. Container Bar is an innovative open-air gathering space constructed from stacked shipping containers and doubles as both a park element and a lighted monument sign for the district.
