UAB New Student Organization Facility

The Student Organization Facility is a new, ground-up project located on the campus of UAB. The new 10,000 SF facility serves as a collaborative space for on-campus student organizations. The open air plaza at the entrance of the building features decorative concrete planter walls and brick pavers, and offers students additional space to mingle. The structure is conventional steel bar joist and metal roof decking, with a brick masonry and custom metal panel facade exterior.
