Thrive offers innovative and flexible co-working space solutions to entrepreneurs and enterprises in Birmingham! Thrive is located in the historic Duffy Building in the heart of the Urban Supply development in Birmingham’s Parkside. This adaptive reuse project consisted of renovating an existing warehouse into an inspired coworking office space infused with purpose and adventure. Our scope of work included selective demolition, structural framing for private office spaces, glass partitions throughout, soundproof phone rooms, meeting and conference rooms, open collaboration space, a mail room, as well as a full-sized kitchen and coffee bar. Specialty finishes, wallpaper, carpeting, and furnishings make this unique work environment truly irresistible!
