This project consisted of the partial demolition and complete buildout of the historic City Paper Company building to become the new headquarters for the Nature Conservancy of Alabama. Our project scope included structural modifications as well as restoration to the existing masonry and all new MEP systems. The building provides offices, gathering spaces for meetings and educational events, as well as warehouse space for storing vehicles and tools needed to complete the important environmental efforts of The Nature Conservancy of Alabama.
