Oteys Edgewood
When Otey’s Tavern decided to open their second location in the old Homewood Antiques space in Edgwood Corner, they hired Shelby to build the project. The client’s goal was to recreate the feel and design of their original location in Crestline. Our project scope included full demolition of the existing space, buildout of walls, new finishes, and hardwood flooring. A full kitchen and bar including all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems was also added. We also created outdoor patios by maintaining the existing roof footprint and bumping in exterior walls. We salvaged portions of the existing exterior walls to frame the new patio space. Overhead doors were built in to create indoor/outdoor seating where patrons can enjoy hours of gameday tailgating, family dinners, and drinks on the patio.
