Mercantile on Morris Phase II

The Mercantile on Morris is a mixed use development located on 1st Avenue North and historic Morris Avenue. Phase 2 of this development project consisted of living space in the form of six micro-unit apartments, one condo, and two retail spaces. Our scope included the removal of the existing roof structure and restructuring of the load-brearing brick walls to accomodate a steel and wood framed vertical expansion.
