Shelby General Contractors completed the 2,414-square-foot renovation of the Cleveland City Schools Family Resource Center in Cleveland, Tennessee. The project began with the selective demolition of the existing racquetball courts, including the removal of flooring, walls, and ceilings. Our team then completed a comprehensive interior buildout designed to meet the operational needs of the new warehouse while preserving the integrity of the existing structure. A key component of the renovation involved cutting through existing masonry walls to install new overhead doors, improving access and functionality for receiving, storing, and distributing donated goods. Exterior improvements included installation of new aluminum panel systems, providing the facility with a durable, updated appearance. Through detailed planning, quality craftsmanship, and efficient project execution, the renovated Family Resource Center now provides Cleveland City Schools with a modern warehouse designed to support donation management and community outreach for years to come.
