What began as the renovation of office space on the mezzanine level of the historic City Federal Building became a residential build-out of some of downtown Birmingham’s most sought after real estate.  The project consisted of selective demolition of the existing space to incoroprate a master bedroom suite, an open floorplan kitchen and living space with antiqued brick veneer, custom cabinets and quartz countertops, as well as a fireplace and bar area.  We preserved the original wood paneling, incorporating it into the master suite and closet area. The main foyer showcases marble walls original to the building, The library includes a custom floor-to-ceiling custom glass door that opens into a second bedroom. Custom bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling tile and double vanities, expansive walk-in closets and a large laundry area are just a few of the amenities. Custom one-of-a-kind entry doors welcome you into the expansive main hallway.
