Chelsea Community Center

This 11,203 SF addition to the Chelsea Community Center includes a gymnasium, basketball court, multiple racquetball courts, as well as new locker and shower facilities. The building was constructed using structural CMU walls, steel joists with metal decking, brick veneer, and a standing seam metal roof.
