This adaptive reuse project consisted of an interior demolition and buildout of a classic 3-story building on 20th Street in downtown Birmingham. Our scope of work included buildout of apartment spaces on the sencond and third floors with a new entrance and stairway. We also constructed storefront shell space for commercial retail on the first floor, with restroom facilities and a mezzanine for shoppers.
