Birmingham Gastroenterology Interior Renovation

Our team completed a two-floor medical office renovation in Homewood, Alabama, modernizing clinical and administrative spaces while maintaining uninterrupted operations throughout construction. On the eighth floor, we renovated portions of the existing physician office space to create a new provider suite with individual workspaces. Other improvements included a kitchenette, conference room, and break room, along with updates to the administrative office spaces. The ninth floor renovation focused on expanding clinical services and improving patient care areas. Our team converted a portion of the existing lobby into a new full-service pharmacy and repurposed the existing pharmacy into a 5-bay triage area. Two new nursing stations and 12 new patient consult rooms were also added to best support the daily operations of the practice.

Because Birmingham Gastroenterology remained operational throughout construction, work was completed in phases to minimize disruption to patients and staff. Careful coordination of construction activities allowed the practice to continue serving patients as renovations progressed.
