Shelby General Contractors completed this 15,381-square-foot warehouse tenant improvement project in Chattanooga, Tennessee, transforming an existing industrial facility into a modern, efficient space designed to support logistics, warehousing, and distribution operations. The scope of work included a complete renovation of the existing office area, creating updated administrative spaces that better support daily business operations. To improve shipping and receiving capabilities, we constructed eight new loading dock stations equipped with dock levelers, increasing operational capacity while streamlining material handling and distribution workflows. Additional improvements included a new secure building entrance with ADA-compliant access, providing enhanced security and accessibility for employees and visitors. Exterior site improvements featured new pavement and related upgrades that improved circulation, functionality, and the overall appearance of the property.
