Demarais Automotive

Demarais Automotive is an auto-repair shop located on 41st St S in Avondale. The existing space shared common party walls with Avondale Brewing and Post Office Pies. We constructed a two-tenant floor plan with a common hallway and restrooms. The rear tenant space was expanded for Avondale Brewery and included a private green room for performing bands. A new elevated concrete and steel patio was also constructed, and is utilized for concerts on the back lawn of the brewery.
