Matt spends his days performing the magic of turning complex plans into clear numbers while calmly questioning everything (also his best life advice). A proud fan of the Crimson Tide, he’s driven by progress, good ideas, and the energy of passionate teammates all pulling toward the same goal. When he isn’t running the department, you’ll find him exploring a wide range of hobbies from hunting and fishing to rowing and race cars or planning his bucket-list road trip from LA to Alaska in full #VanLife fashion. If karaoke breaks out, he will confidently remind everyone why a “No Scrubs” policy is the best policy. He’s most proud of his daughter—­the center of his universe. Some say his feet only fit in Adidas and that he thinks Top Gear is a show about friendships.
